Ingredients
- Polenta
- Milk
- Cheese: Grand Queso (This is a Spanish white cheese that is very sharp)
- Raisins
You can buy polenta all ready prepared (looks like a tube of sausage) or you can go to and Italian store and get polenta to cream.
Directions:
Heat the Polenta in the microwave for a minute or two. Then add Milk until creamy. You can mix it with a fork, or spoon.
Add in Grand Queso Cheese Stir up
Add Raisins Stir up
Heat up again till hot and enjoy!
This was my creation on a night I just needed something "different" it was very yummy and the family enjoyed it alot.
